Subprocessors

ValGuard.ai uses the subprocessors below to deliver the Service. Enterprise customers receive email notice at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor that processes Customer Data, per the DPA.

• Amazon Web Services, Inc.

  Cloud infrastructure for the ValGuard.ai platform (application hosting, data storage, email, and monitoring).

• Stripe, Inc.

  Payment processing and subscription billing.

LLM providers you route to with your own API keys are not ValGuard.ai subprocessors — you choose whether and when to send traffic to them. See supported providers.
