Subprocessors

ValGuard.ai uses the subprocessors below to deliver the hosted Service. The same list appears in DPA Annex 2. Enterprise customers receive email notice at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor that processes Customer Data, per the DPA §6.4.

LLM providers you route to with your own API keys are not ValGuard.ai subprocessors — you choose whether and when to send traffic to them. See supported providers. For Enterprise self-host, you operate application infrastructure; hosted subprocessors above apply to the default SaaS control plane and billing surfaces unless your order form states otherwise.
